Swithensfarm Shop Refund policy
All tickets are non-refundable.
Partial refunds may be granted in extreme circumstances minus a 5% transaction fee.
Online tickets can only be rescheduled once. You can only reschedule a ticket to a matching session.
Example: A weekend ticket can only be rescheduled for another weekend slot.
Event tickets can only be rescheduled and cannot be refunded or exchanged for any other event.
Example: Swithens Pumpkin Festival can only be rescheduled within this event and cannot be transferred to any other event.
